COPS returns with new episodes tonight, and TVBrittanyF.com has an exclusive look at a surprising scene from the long-running reality series. COPS: Car Chases is putting viewers in the driver’s seat for memorable moments across the country.

Now in its 37th season, COPS is streaming on FOX Nation as it follows police officers on duty across the country. In this exclusive first look, a sheriff’s deputy in Pierce County, Washington finds himself hot on the trail of a car thief. However, when he and his colleagues are finally able to catch up with the vehicle, they discover the driver is allegedly just 13 years old!

Car chases have long captured the imagination of the viewing public, with an entire FAST channel devoted just to news footage of police pursuits. COPS: Car Chases is following in that same vein with its latest theme. Fans are able to essentially ride along with officers as they pursue vehicles and find out why the people behind the wheel are on the run. COPS Season 37 follows a wide range of departments, from Washington to South Carolina and California.

COPS has aired on FOX Nation since 2021, starting with Season 33. In total, the series has aired over a thousand episodes since its debut in 1989.
