TV’s most underrated true crime show is back! Cold Justice Season 8 begins on Oxygen this Saturday, Sept. 13, as Kelly Siegler and her team continue their important work of trying to solve cold investigations. Fans can get a first glimpse at the new episodes by watching the trailer below.

In Season 8, Kelly and company work with local law enforcement in states including Florida, Indiana and Montana to tackle homicides that have yet to be cleared. The season premiere episode, “Newlywed Nightmare,” brings Kelly and fan-favorite investigator Steve Spingola back to Steve’s home state of Wisconsin. Can they and the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office find justice for a Navy veteran who was shot to death in his lakeside home?

The Cold Justice Season 8 cast also includes mainstays Abbey Abbondandolo and Tonya Rider, who are joined by some more recent faces: Terri Hook and Lesa Hodgkins, both of whom appeared on Cold Justice before becoming part of the investigative team. There’s also the return of Kelly’s longtime collaborator Murray Newman, who once again steps out from behind the camera to add his investigative expertise. Season 8 features everyone that viewers have come to know and love—led by Kelly Siegler and her unwavering pursuit of justice.

Cold Justice has been responsible for 28 convictions across its run, and is still one of the best true crime series ever on television. Last season, it was Oxygen’s most-watched show—with good reason. Not only are Kelly and her team people that the audience can root for and has embraced, the show’s no-nonsense, no-drama approach is refreshing in the sensationalized world of true crime. And Cold Justice offers a first-hand look at why cases go cold, and how difficult it can be to revive them. It has a unique perspective that no other series does. Watch the Season 8 trailer below before Saturday’s can’t miss premiere.
